Julius Noyce (Jay) Fanning lll aka Mr. Piano Man died peacefully surrounded by his family and loved ones December 18, 2017 in Jacksonville, Florida.  Jay was a founding member in “The Exceptional Theater Company” in Ft. Lauderdale, recently receiving the “Hero’s award” for his volunteer service. He was fondly called ” Mr. Piano Man. In lieu of flowers, his family is requesting donations be made to “The Exceptional Theater Company”.

Jay joined his wife of 30 years, Kathryn Keisling Fanning. He is survived by his sisters, including his brother in law, his nieces, nephews and dear friends in South Florida whom he loved dearly.
